Roger T. Pipe:  OK, we'll start with the simple questions. Where were you born?

Laurel Canyon:  I was born in Pomona, California.

Roger T. Pipe:  When is your birthday?

Laurel Canyon:  August 13, so I'm a Leo the Lion.

Roger T. Pipe:  Where did you grow up?

Laurel Canyon:  I grew up in Upland, California.

Roger T. Pipe:  What were you like growing up? Were you shy? Outgoing? Wild? Studious?

Laurel Canyon:  All of those things at different times. I'm an only child and I have my rebellious years, but I also had my years where I was on the dean's honor list, student council, cheerleader. But I always loved to party.

Roger T. Pipe:  When did you become sexually active?

Laurel Canyon:  Early.

Roger T. Pipe:  So you were a wild girl?

Laurel Canyon:  Oh yeah, quite the wild girl. What's that look on your face?

Roger T. Pipe:  Sorry, just picturing the poor guys at school. Someone as hot as you, the wild partying cheerleader. It sounds like something out of a porn script. Tell me how you got into movies?

Laurel Canyon:  I got into movies from a newspaper ad. I was living in Ventura County and saw an ad for World Modeling. It said "Nude models wanted, up to a thousand dollars a day" and I thought that sounded great. I was working at a title company and the time, so I headed down and met with Jim South and that's how I got started. I was going to do it as a part time thing, but it was too wonderful. I was doing what I love to do and getting paid for it, it was such a turn on.

Roger T. Pipe:  Did you go into it thinking still modeling, or video?

Laurel Canyon:  I thought it was basically still, but when Jim asked me if I wanted to do a video, I decided to give it a try. I did my first video, something about the gangbangers.

Roger T. Pipe:  "Misadventures of the Bang Gang"?

Laurel Canyon:  Yeah, that was it. We went out to Arizona. I worked with Samantha Strong, Ray Victory and Fallon. It was a great time.

Roger T. Pipe:  At the time you started, did your family know what you were doing?

Laurel Canyon:  No, they didn't and I didn't feel the need to tell them. It's my life. I love my family dearly, but they don't come to me and ask me if they can do something, and vice versa.

Roger T. Pipe:  Tell me about your first scene?

Laurel Canyon:  My first scene was with, Laurie Peacock, Fallon. She was wonderful, we did a girl/girl scene and did her famous squirt thing she does when she cums. It was wild and wonderful. I had butterflies in my stomach, but it was fun. Samantha Strong was there, we were giggling and having fun.

Roger T. Pipe:  Had you been with a woman before that?

Laurel Canyon:  Yes, that wasn't my first time with a girl.

Roger T. Pipe:  When the first scene was over, did you know right away this was for you, or did you step back and think about it for a bit?

Laurel Canyon:  There was no hesitation whatsoever. I knew that this was exactly what I wanted to do. It was fun. I had always loved acting and to combine it with great sex was just too cool.

Roger T. Pipe:  How many movies have you done to this point?

Laurel Canyon:  Apparently it varies. I would say about a hundred and fifty, there are different counts. Some people say there are only ninety seven, some say a hundred and seven, but I think it's closer to one fifty.

Roger T. Pipe:  Are there any that you are particularly proud of?

Laurel Canyon:  I loved Loose Ends 4 for Bruce Seven with Bianca and Erica Boyer on the cover. I've only seen about ten of the movies I have done, but I have enjoyed all of them. Loose Ends, The Catwoman, Deep Inside Laurel Canyon, Educating Laurel, Rags To Riches, Satisfaction, Scorching Secrets. Now I just want to go back and watch all of them.

Roger T. Pipe:  I have a nice collection, you can come to my house and we'll watch them together.

Laurel Canyon:   You're on, let's go.

Roger T. Pipe:  Any favorite males to work with?

Laurel Canyon:  I have always loved Peter North.

Roger T. Pipe:  How come?

Laurel Canyon:  He's really good looking and I just like being with him. I also loved Ray Victory and Tom Byron.

Roger T. Pipe:  How about females?

Laurel Canyon:  Nina Hartley, Alicia Monet, though I hear she is not longer in the business.

Roger T. Pipe:  Not any more.

Laurel Canyon:  I have an interesting story about Alicia. I was dancing in a club and after my set I was up talking on the mike to the crowd. They asked me who my favorite women were, and I said Alicia. She was in the club. I swear I didn't know she was there.

Roger T. Pipe:  She must have been very flattered. Did you do an impromptu scene that night?

Laurel Canyon:  No comment.

Roger T. Pipe:  You mentioned Ray Victory. Was he the first black man you had been with?

Laurel Canyon:  Yes, Ray was the first, but not the last. Voyeur.

Roger T. Pipe:  No problems doing that?

Laurel Canyon:  No, none at all. I loved interracial scenes.

Roger T. Pipe:  Is there anyone you haven't worked with, but would like to?

Laurel Canyon:  There are so many new guys and girls in the business, it would be hard to pick one. I did always want to get it on with Ginger Lynn and Barbara Dare.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you watch your own movies?

Laurel Canyon:  Yes, some.

Laurel Canyon:  Both really. I would always like to get better as an actress, but I also look at different positions to see what looks best.

Laurel Canyon:  Yes.

Laurel Canyon:  They usually will kind of smile and try to make eye contact. If they see me smiling back, they may come up and ask if I am Laurel Canyon. It's always nice to hear that someone likes my work. I think everyone likes compliments.

Roger T. Pipe:  Indeed. And have I told you that the outfit you're wearing is simply smoking?

Laurel Canyon:  Oh Rog. Flattery will get you just about everywhere.

Roger T. Pipe:  How do you feel knowing that the guys who tell you they enjoy your work are home pleasuring themselves looking at you.

Laurel Canyon:  That turns me on. I love it.

Laurel Canyon:  Oh God yes. I want to be having great sex until the day I die. There are a lot of fantasies. That is one of the reasons I want to start having more creative input so when someone is shooting me, I can make suggestions. I want to start doing more fantasy play.

Laurel Canyon:  No, but I would like to start dancing some time. Dancing is a bit hard on the body, so I would like to concentrate on films and still shoots for right now and do the dancing only once in a while. I want to do more videos.

Roger T. Pipe:  In other words you want more sex.

Laurel Canyon:  Yes, lots more sex.

Roger T. Pipe:  Any tattoos or body piercing?

Roger T. Pipe:  What are you career goals?

Laurel Canyon:  Basically to be an actress, but also to start writing and learning some of the behind the camera stuff. I love to pose people. Also set design, because I did a lot of interior design. I love the whole process.

Laurel Canyon:   Exactly. In more ways than one.

Roger T. Pipe:  What are your outside interests.

Laurel Canyon:  I love fine wining and dining, shopping, art galleries. I love roller skating and I adore roller coasters. I could just go to Magic Mountain and hang out on a roller coaster all day. I love pets, totally into pets, horseback riding. I love fast cars, the beach, lingerie, flowers.

Roger T. Pipe:  A little bit of everything.

Laurel Canyon:  Oh, and I love massage.

Roger T. Pipe:  Giving or getting?

Laurel Canyon:   Both.

Roger T. Pipe:  What kind of music do you listen to?

Laurel Canyon:  I love rock and roll, disco, reggae, jazz, classical, it depends on my mood. What I really look for is a sexy undertow because it makes me feel good. I don't really like sad songs, not all that into love songs. At least not when I'm not in love.

Roger T. Pipe:  Are you currently seeing anyone?

Laurel Canyon:  Nope.

Roger T. Pipe:  When did you stop doing videos?

Laurel Canyon:  It's been about 5 or 6 years now.

Roger T. Pipe:  Why?

Laurel Canyon:  There were several stops and starts. I first started in late 86, then I got out because I wanted to start my own interior design business. I went to school a bit, that was productive.

Roger T. Pipe:  What did you do while you were away?

Laurel Canyon:   A little bit of everything. Interior design, property management, even did some cocktail waitressing.

Roger T. Pipe:  Did people on those jobs recognize you?

Laurel Canyon:  Yes and no. I think some did, but they were cool about it and never really expressed it. I think that they just didn't want to approach that in a professional setting, but they knew.

Roger T. Pipe:  Why did you decide you were going to come back?

Laurel Canyon:  I decided to come back because this is what I love. It's creative, it's open. I am out of a relationship that held me back and want to get back into it.

Roger T. Pipe:  How many videos have you done in this comeback so far?

Laurel Canyon:  Three... Two with Dave Cummings, a solo with Ray Alexander and I just shot with Rodney Moore. It was his 500th episode.

Roger T. Pipe:  Did you take a big Rodney Blast?

Laurel Canyon:  Yes I did, took a big one on my face.

Roger T. Pipe:  Oh, I can't wait to see that. How would you say the business has changed in the last five years or so?

Laurel Canyon:  I don't see any difference, but I've only been back a short while. Ask me again in a few months. Some people say it's changing because there is more out there. There is less costume and big budget stuff. I love the amateur stuff, but I do miss the real theatrical ones.

Roger T. Pipe:  Have you put any limits on what you will and won't do?

Laurel Canyon:  I don't want to do a lot of anal, but I will on occasion. Beyond that, I'm open for everything.

Roger T. Pipe:  What are you thoughts on the HIV situation in the business.

Laurel Canyon:  I am very glad that everyone is being tested. We need to keep each other safe.

Roger T. Pipe:  What kind of movies are you looking to do?

Laurel Canyon:  I am looking to do a variety of movies. I would love to do the big budget stuff, because as I said, I love to see beautiful cinematography with great sex in pretty surroundings. As an interior designer, I notice those things. I also want to do beautiful still photos.
