Sandra Shine is a Hungarian adult film actress who first appeared in Penthouse magazine under the pseudonym of Judith Devine in 2001. She started calling herself "Sandra" in honor of an old girlfriend.

Growing up in Budapest with her mother and older brother, Shine was a good student and popular amongst her peers. By her mid-teens she began to discover her sexuality, having her first sexual experience (oral sex) with a boy in a public park at 15. A week later she experienced intercourse with him.
