Sophia Rossi was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She began her modeling career at the age of 15. By the time she was 17 she had traveled to Japan and expanded her modeling career. Shortly after, she modeled in Europe which she described as "very romantic". Since then she had taken some time off and spent some time on the road moving from Los Angeles, California to Scottsdale, Arizona.

In 2002 she returned to modeling in Las Vegas for Mainstream modeling. In 2006 she was "hand picked" by Jenna Jameson. Jenna stated that "Sophia Rossi is going to be at the top of the porn biz very, very soon." As a result she was signed in February of 2006 as a Club Jenna girl. She has received huge coverage despite the fact that she has only starred in only two pornographic films.
