Taking time out to speak while at this year's Erotic Exotic Expo. Legendary adult film actress and health care leader from AIM (Adult Industry Medical) Miss Sharon Mitchell took a few minutes to tell us what the organization was up to.

John Douglas:  Hey everybody it's me, John Douglas from Talking Blue. We're at the what's this thing called again?

Sharon Mitchell:  I think it's called the Erotic Exotic Expo.

John Douglas:  That's right, the other half of the Web Models Expo. It's nuts. Your head is in a whirlwind of all these expos.

Sharon Mitchell:  It's very confusing, and now there are many things coming up that's hard to keep them all in order.

John Douglas:  It's like one every other week, but there is one constant

Sharon Mitchell:  AIM Health Care Foundation!

John Douglas:  And of course, AIM Heath Care without Sharon Mitchell is just not AIM!

Sharon Mitchell:  (Laughing)

John Douglas:  First of all, you are like the Mother Theresa of porn. You're like this saint. Like a pantheon of women who can do no wrong. It's like you, and Christi Lake and Nina Hartley. You're like at the top.

Sharon Mitchell:  Thank you so much.

John Douglas:  So you'll get sainthood one day won't you.

Sharon Mitchell:  Oh, I don't know about that. It's fun, I have a great time of being of service.

John Douglas:  You do some great work. Let the viewers at home what sort of work you do with AIM.

Sharon Mitchell:  Well, of course we always do the HIV testing by PCR DNA. We do STD testing. Sexually transmitted disease education and prevention. We go out to disadvantaged youths, we do testing outreach in the gay bathhouses, we do GYN services and drug and alcohol counseling, our popular favorite.

John Douglas:  I don't think a lot of people realize that it's not just porno people coming into your offices, it's like the general public can come in also.

Sharon Mitchell:  We are open to the general public as well, but our primary mission is for the adult entertainment industry. But that can't help but bleed over to the general public because there's johns, there's fans, there's husbands, there's wives..you know we got to serve everybody.

John Douglas:  You guys do amazing work there. You have grown so much. You used to be in a little teeny tiny office at first.

Sharon Mitchell:  I know.

John Douglas:  And now you can't go down Ventura Boulevard without seeing the giant Adult Industry Medical sign.

Sharon Mitchell:  That's right! And we are gonna keep on growing.

John Douglas:  It's great. Every year you seem to grow and keep doing fantastic work and everybody loves you.

Sharon Mitchell:  Thank you so much.

John Douglas:  This year are you gonna have another "40th Birthday Party"?

Sharon Mitchell:  Actually I think we are gonna to have a very large expo, and it's going to be at the Hard Rock Hotel and we are going to have a fundraiser with the Free Speech Coalition and AIM Health Care both this year. And we'll be celebrating my birthday there. But I may be having a private party somewhere and I'll let you know where.

John Douglas:  Ahh OK maybe we'll get on the private list this year. Whoohoo!

Sharon Mitchell:  (Laughing)

John Douglas:  Well it's time for "PornoDave's" favorite part. This is where I ask the "5 Dopey Questions" that don't have any right or wrong answers.

Sharon Mitchell:  Good!

John Douglas:  I have to read them because it's basically because I have a bad memory and I can't remember the questions I asked earlier. If you could be anywhere else right now, where would it be?

Sharon Mitchell:  Yosemite! I was just there yesterday and was driving back down here and thought "I'm coming from Heaven on Earth to come to an Exotic Erotic Expo." Definitely Yosemite.

John Douglas:   Yosemite is very cool. I haven't been there since I have been a kid.

Sharon Mitchell:  It's gorgeous!

John Douglas:   I spent all my vacation time going to porno events.

Sharon Mitchell:  I actually fell down a mountain yesterday. (Sharon shows off her scraped right knee.)

John Douglas:  You know what the weirdest thing is, I have an exact same scar when I was 6 years old and was running down a hill in Yosemite on my right knee also. We are matched, we are Siamese twins. OK next question. If you could have one super power, what would it be?

Sharon Mitchell:  To heal HIV at will.

John Douglas:  That would make for an interesting comic book hero. No one has done that before. Aquaman has that stupid ability to talk to fish, but no one has healing powers. That's cool, very noble. What's you favorite ice cream flavor?

Sharon Mitchell:  I don't eat ice cream very much, but if I did, I'd say chocolate.

John Douglas:  Chocolate?

Sharon Mitchell:  You can tell I don't eat it very much.

John Douglas:  I was about to say

Sharon Mitchell:  I don't like ice cream.

John Douglas:  Hey, well you got the figure. I should have known you wouldn't have known a lot about ice cream. Now Dave and I on the other hand, we could give a dissertation on ice cream.

Sharon Mitchell:  (Laughing)

John Douglas:  Next question. Who's the most honorable man in the porn industry?

Sharon Mitchell:  Honorable?

John Douglas:  Honorable.

Sharon Mitchell:  Ummm

John Douglas:  Tough one huh.

Sharon Mitchell:  (Long pause)

John Douglas:  She's trying to come up with anyone right now. (Everyone laughing in background)

Sharon Mitchell:  I've been around a very long time, and usually "Honor" and "Porn" don't go in the same vernacular.

John Douglas:  (Laughing)

Sharon Mitchell:  But I'll have to say Bill Margold.

John Douglas:  Wow. That's impressive.

Sharon Mitchell:  Because he's the founding of a very honorable organization.

John Douglas:  That's cool. I'm sure Bill, who watches the show, he'll like that. OK, final question. Do you ever worry about catching a STD?

Sharon Mitchell:  (Laughing)

John Douglas:  These questions are pulled at random.

Sharon Mitchell:  Funny you should ask because we have this little chart. It's a sexually transmitted disease chart (showing the chart) so if I was ever worried about having a STD, I would following the dots to the symptoms and then see what I have and then if you have one, you call AIM and you come over and we give you a shot in the ass.

John Douglas:  That's very cool!

Sharon Mitchell:  Actually if there was one STD to worry about it would be Clamydia. Because it sticks to everything and there are not many symptoms in men.

John Douglas:  And it's really icky.

Sharon Mitchell:  Yes!

John Douglas:  Not that I would know.

Sharon Mitchell:  (Laughing)
